Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and disassembly of aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM)
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned work in accordance with regulations
• Performing assigned work on time while ensuring quality
• Application of Lean methodology
• Continuous improvement of processes to enhance quality and safety
• Environmentally conscious handling of equipment and resources
• Independent work showcasing economic thinking and action

Your Profile

• Experience in Engine MRO (CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines)
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Good health, resilience, and flexibility
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
