Job Description
- Operating tower cranes in accordance with SUVA regulations
- Participating in lifting operations at construction sites
- Preparing, checking, and securing loads before lifting
- Communicating effectively with ground teams using signals, radio, and gestures
- Performing regular maintenance and daily checks on the crane
- Actively supporting the masonry team when necessary (mandatory helper tasks)
- Strictly adhering to SUVA standards, safety procedures, and internal directives
We Expect
- Mandatory SUVA category B license (tower crane operator)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator on construction sites in Switzerland
- Essential skills as a mason's assistant (formwork, preparation, handling)
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss safety standards (SUVA, SECO)
- Ability to work precisely, responsibly, and independently
- Good physical stamina and a strong sense of safety
- Team spirit, reliability, and punctuality
- Driving license B is an asset, depending on mobility
