We specialize in the fields of construction and finishing work, industry, craftsmanship, and technology.

Job Description

• Operating tower cranes in accordance with SUVA regulations
• Participating in lifting operations on construction sites
• Preparing, checking, and securing loads before lifting
• Communicating effectively on the ground with teams using signals, radio, and gestures
• Performing regular maintenance and daily checks of the crane
• Actively supporting the masonry team when necessary as a mandatory helper
• Strictly adhering to SUVA standards, safety procedures, and internal guidelines

We Expect

• Mandatory SUVA category B license (tower crane operator)
• At least 3 years of experience as a crane operator on construction sites in Switzerland
• Proven skills as a mason's helper (formwork, preparation, handling)
• Strong understanding of Swiss safety standards (SUVA, SECO)
• Ability to work precisely, responsibly, and autonomously
• Good physical stamina and a strong sense of safety
• Team spirit, reliability, and punctuality
• Driving license B is a plus (depending on travel requirements)
