Growth Marketer / Growth Marketeress

Rivia AG - March 20, 2026

About Rivia

Rivia is a data engine for clinical trial intelligence, providing data infrastructure and AI-driven workflows for clinical trial teams. Our mission is to empower biotech companies to conduct studies more efficiently and to identify which patients benefit most from new therapies. In a landscape where biopharma companies are the driving force behind therapeutic innovation, we recognize that clinical development can be hindered by fragmented data and outdated tools. That's where Rivia comes in, delivering a real-time, integrated view of clinical trial data that enhances both trial execution and the evaluation of new treatments.

Our ambition is for Rivia to set the standard for modern drug development infrastructure, enabling the successful market launch of new therapies at a fraction of the cost.

The Role

As Rivia’s first dedicated marketing growth hire, you will be the driving force behind our content and communication strategies. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will help us connect with more biotech leaders by crafting content that informs, engages, and generates leads. This is a hands-on role where you will write, post, and measure success, all while building a repeatable growth engine from the ground up.

What Excites You

  • You enjoy transforming ideas into compelling stories that others want to read, share, and act upon.
  • You possess a keen interest in new technologies and the life sciences.
  • You derive energy from writing, be it a blog post, a LinkedIn update, or a company announcement.
  • Your curiosity extends to science, technology, and the growth of startups.
  • You aspire to see your work have a tangible impact, driving leads, conversations, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish content across Rivia’s channels (blog, LinkedIn, news updates, email).
  • Own the content calendar: create, schedule, and deliver consistent campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and external stakeholders to translate strategy into clear messaging.
  • Track performance metrics (followers, engagement, inbound leads) and propose improvements.
  • Experiment with new content formats (short videos, visuals, interviews) to keep our material fresh and engaging.

What Excites Us

  • Clear, engaging writing and strong communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in English.
  • 2–5 years of marketing or content experience, ideally within SaaS, tech, or life sciences.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset capable of thriving in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital tools (LinkedIn, CMS, GenAI content generation tools, light design).
  • A genuine curiosity about biotech, clinical trials, and the individuals we serve.

Our Values

At Rivia, we are dedicated to excellence, continuous learning, and the success of both our customers and our team. If you are driven to exceed targets, eager to influence the future of clinical trials, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the biotech industry, Rivia is the place for you.

  • In it to Win it: Approach every challenge with determination, resilience, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes and solutions.

  • Collective Accountability: We are one team on a shared mission, committed to mutual support and collaboration, fostering trust among team members.
