Your Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Manage and coordinate global Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, ensuring the integrity of accounting policies, fixed assets management, and ledger accuracy. Prepare the Group's published half-year and year-end consolidated Financial Statements (US GAAP), ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial and management reports generated through ERP systems.
  • Compliance: Shape, monitor, and maintain a robust compliance environment with applicable policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and public reporting requirements, coordinating external audits of the Group's financial statements as the primary liaison.
  • Technical Expertise and Process Improvement: Provide technical accounting guidance based on US GAAP and Accelleron’s Group policy. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R process while collaborating with IT and other departments to optimize ERP systems and financial tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with high integrity, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing. Collaborate across various functions regarding Internal Control, Information Systems, Accounting services, and more.

Your Background and Qualifications:

  • CPA (K), ACCA, or ACA qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of 5+ years in a senior accounting role with a strong focus on financial reporting and compliance.
  • Extensive expertise in US GAAP, including hands-on experience with financial reporting and compliance frameworks (e.g., internal controls).
  • High-level technical and managerial accounting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement capabilities, particularly in R2R processes.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain internal controls.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder and project management, including planning and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented individual with the ability to drive change and foster cooperation.
