Are you motivated by the challenge of shaping how collective Life insurance is assessed across markets? In this pivotal role, you will be at the center of Zurich’s Group Business Underwriting expertise, helping to guide the underwriting and pricing decisions that truly make a difference.

You will have the opportunity to influence underwriting practices on a global scale, strengthen local capabilities, and contribute to more consistent and favorable outcomes for our Group Life, Disability, and Health businesses. What You Will Do

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Life Scheme Underwriting and Pricing frameworks across Zurich’s life businesses.
• Conduct expert reviews and provide guidance on complex cases, delivering high-quality, value-adding underwriting input.
• Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools, underwriting practices, and the utilization of analytics to enhance consistency and outcomes across markets.
• Strengthen local underwriting capacities through targeted training, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Perform technical underwriting and portfolio reviews, identifying emerging risks and recommending actionable improvements.

What You Bring

• Solid experience (5+ years) in group pricing and/or scheme underwriting within life, disability, and health insurance or reinsurance; actuarial training is an advantage.
• Strong background in data and analytics with a proven ability to translate technical insights into clear underwriting recommendations.
• Experience working across markets and cultures in an international environment.
• Deep understanding of group protection products and scheme underwriting principles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
