Are you motivated by shaping how collective Life insurance is evaluated across different markets? In this pivotal role, you'll be at the core of Zurich’s Group Business Underwriting expertise, where your influence will steer underwriting and pricing decisions that truly matter.

With your technical excellence and results-driven mindset, you will collaborate with underwriting teams worldwide, managing complexity and continuously raising technical standards.

What You Will Do

• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Life Scheme Underwriting and Pricing frameworks across Zurich’s life businesses.
• Conduct expert reviews and provide guidance on complex cases, ensuring high-quality, value-creating underwriting input.
• Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools, underwriting practices, and analytics to enhance consistency and outcomes across markets.
• Strengthen local underwriting capabilities through targeted training, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Perform technical underwriting and portfolio reviews, identifying emerging risks and recommending actionable improvements.

What You Bring

• Solid experience (5+ years) in group pricing and/or scheme underwriting within life, disability, health insurance, or reinsurance; actuarial training is a plus.
• Strong background in data and analytics with a proven record of translating technical insights into clear underwriting recommendations.
• Experience working across markets and cultures in an international environment.
• In-depth understanding of group protection products and scheme underwriting principles.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
