Your Responsibilities

• Manage a highly capable, knowledgeable team of Global Product Managers.
• Lead and actively participate in the product management of PVI products, serving as a subject matter expert.
• Shape the PVI product, portfolio and marketing strategies, marketing plans, and lifecycle management. Develop business cases for new opportunities, including market and customer needs, financial modeling, and data analysis to quantify the value proposition and assess the strategic fit.
• Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Collect and interpret voice of customer (VOC) input and monitor competitor activity to define market requirements and contribute to market intelligence for informed decision-making.
• Drive product development and improvements throughout the product lifecycle. Take responsibility for product profitability and new product candidates.
• Support the creation of marketing initiatives and campaigns to help BIOTRONIK’s PVI portfolio stand out in a highly competitive global environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market. Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
• Provide support to Sales, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, and Demand Planning teams with product management expertise.
• Lead and support other projects and initiatives as assigned.

Your Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Strong strategic marketing skills, with 7+ years of product management expertise in an international medical device environment, preferably in vascular intervention.
  • Several years of experience leading a team in an international setting.
  • Track record of successful product launches.
  • Competency in market development with the ability to create and implement clinical and economic value propositions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, along with strategic planning, critical thinking, and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and compellingly to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Proven capability to build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
