You will play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right executives to support our business transformation and maintain a competitive edge.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align executive talent acquisition with strategic goals, financial objectives, and workforce planning needs.
- Partner with Talent Management and Development teams to identify internal and succession talent for executive roles, ensuring a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline.
- Lead executive recruitment efforts for the Corporate Center Group Leadership Team, strengthening relationships with top executive search partners globally.
- Enhance Zurich’s reputation as an employer of choice by developing targeted strategies to attract top executives and providing a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
- Conduct ongoing market research, benchmarking, and talent mapping to offer data-driven insights, trends, and inform search strategies and decisions.
- Implement proactive talent engagement strategies to build strong pipelines of executives, leveraging market intelligence and industry networks.
- Ensure a best-in-class executive hiring process by integrating structured assessments, competency-based interviews, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior HR and business leaders, providing expert insights on executive talent trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence.
What You Bring
- Over 15 years of experience in recruiting executive talent within the insurance industry, or a combination of insurance and related sectors, either in-house or within an executive search firm. A strong industry talent network is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and negotiation, with the ability to engage and build strong relationships, create effective referral networks, and maintain data-driven and business-relevant market intelligence.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools, along with experience in psychometric assessments (current certifications in selection-based assessments are advantageous).
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership audiences.
- High drive and ambition to create an impact and ensure delivery with a sense of urgency.
- A self-starter with the ability to sensitively and constructively challenge the status quo while presenting solutions.
