About the Company
ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) systems weighing up to 500 kilograms. Our company provides industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for various mission profiles, such as Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.
Your Mission
Key Tasks
- Deliver ground instruction on UAS-related topics, focusing on mechanical and avionic knowledge.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, and training materials suitable for diverse learning environments.
- Evaluate student progress through written exams and practical assessments of their knowledge.
- Collaborate with flight instructors and maintenance technicians to ensure alignment between ground instruction and practical UAS training.

- Work independently and responsibly to fulfill the tasks outlined above.
- Adhere to ANAVIA’s employment contract and comply with company safety instructions and employee safety requirements.
- Follow the employer’s quality manual, work instructions, and corresponding process specifications and instructions.
Your Profile
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, Education, or a related field is desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in UAS operations or aviation instruction is required. Familiarity with mission planning, risk assessment, and flight safety management systems is essential. Experience with training simulator software tools is a plus.
- Proficiency with: Risk management frameworks, safety management systems (SMS), and crew resource management (CRM) are important. Familiarity with digital learning tools and instructional technologies (e.g., PowerPoint, LMS platforms, e-learning content creation) is a plus.
- Skills: A Remote Pilot Certificate is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team and to collaborate across disciplines is crucial.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with strong social skills and a solid analytical and technical understanding.
- Language: Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required, while knowledge of German is desirable.
