We are seeking a high-performing Recruitment Events & Marketing Specialist to enhance our globally diverse and driven People & Purpose team in Zurich. As a team of ambitious marketers and adaptable professionals, we are committed to achieving excellence in our field. This role calls for your creativity and expertise in recruitment event management and marketing, allowing you to design experiences that will attract the right students and graduates to Deloitte.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage the graduate marketing Ambassador Community and drive graduate marketing from strategy to execution and tracking ROI.
• Develop, organize, and execute top-tier internal and external recruiting events such as career fairs, student networking events, or workshops, collaborating closely with our talent acquisition team and Ambassador Community.
• Help create impactful graduate marketing campaigns in collaboration with our external communications team, addressing business and candidate needs and incorporating the latest trends.
• Advise senior leaders and employees on effective recruitment events and marketing, sharing best practices and guidelines.
• Actively manage and nurture our Talent Community to support ongoing candidate engagement.
• Support social media activities and engage our Talent Ambassador Community to promote company events and enhance brand visibility.

Who We Are Looking For

• A strong passion for recruitment events and networking, with 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, employer branding, or a similar field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with good stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss university landscape, flexibility during busy periods, and a high willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Outstanding communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
