The Senior Director, GPD Strategy and Marketing Lead, Dermatology presents a unique opportunity to shape Takeda's inaugural commercial footprint in Dermatology. In this strategic role, you will tailor the global brand strategy across the GPD region and collaborate closely with local team members to lead pre-launch non-promotional and post-launch promotional initiatives.
This role is pivotal as Takeda ventures into the Psoriasis therapeutic area, fostering a culture of trust and excellence. You will report to the Head of GPD Strategy & Marketing Dermatology, who is part of the MCE team (Marketing & Commercial Excellence).
The GPD Strategy and Marketing Lead, Dermatology, will support the GPD MCE Head of Dermatology Strategy & Marketing and the Dermatology franchise community across GPD to develop and refine brand strategies through:
Drive initiatives focused on patient profiling to enhance understanding of target populations and inform engagement strategies. Consolidate insights from local teams and stakeholders to shape tactical plans and ignite the psoriasis community through effective communication.
Streamline collaboration with agencies of record to boost efficiency, innovation, and scalability across deliverables. Coordinate communication and approval processes across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging are maintained.
Lead the co-creation of commercial strategies and content with local teams through an agile and integrated operating model. Activate the “GPD Way” of working to foster collaboration and strategic alignment.
