Job Opportunity: Technical Aircraft Material Goods Receiving

Join the SWISS TechOps division in a challenging position focused on the goods receiving of technical aircraft materials. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in logistics within the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be tasked with the accurate inspection and release of materials in compliance with applicable specifications and standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing quality inspections of received parts, ensuring the physical condition, approved documentation, condition status, and quantity delivered are accurate, and entering relevant information into the system.
  • Labeling serviceable parts in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
  • Conducting virtual receiving for materials used in outstations.
  • Transferring non-approved parts to the quarantine area.
  • Maintaining orderly and up-to-date records of the quarantine area.
  • Ensuring the packaging of parts complies with Manufacturers and ATA300 specifications.
  • Assisting with general storeman tasks by supporting other warehousing sections.
  • Adhering to all safety precautions and upholding the just culture policy.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Successfully completed education or extensive experience in logistics, mechanics, or aviation.
  • Knowledge of EASA and NAA regulations.
  • Experience in airline business processes and supply chain is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken).
  • Possession of a Category B driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and ideally AMOS.
  • Basic goods receiving training and dangerous goods training are advantageous.
  • Willingness to work shifts (3 shifts / 24/7).

Additional Information

Starting date: February 1, 2026, or upon agreement.

This is a limited position lasting until January 31, 2028.
