What You’ll Do

• Lead and document assigned deviation investigations.
• Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to determine the root cause(s) and potential impact of deviations.
• Utilize appropriate investigation tools to systematically identify all root causes and contributing factors (e.g., Logic Fault Tree, Defense Analysis, Event & Causal Factors Chart, Fishbone).
• Collaborate with SMEs to define and agree upon suitable Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and associated Effectiveness Checks.
• Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) throughout the investigation process and drive quality records to completion and closure according to scheduled release times.
• Support ongoing business change and process improvement activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in a Science or Engineering-related field.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; preferably at least B1 Level (spoken and written) in German.
