Role Overview
In this position, you will lead the global Talent Acquisition function, defining and executing a future-oriented recruiting strategy that supports business growth and workforce transformation. You will enhance the end-to-end recruitment ecosystem by leveraging data, technology, and process optimization to provide a superior candidate and hiring manager experience. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will focus on strategic workforce planning and talent priorities, while building high-performing recruiting capabilities that maintain global standards, compliance, and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and shape the global insourced recruiting model and operating framework to facilitate efficient recruiting services that support business growth.
- Advise senior leadership and HR on talent acquisition strategies, hiring priorities, and labor market trends.
- Oversee recruitment targets in alignment with business needs; monitor KPIs and derive insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and continuously improve the recruiting infrastructure, including the Workday Recruiting module and third-party channels.
- Optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers worldwide.
- Lead transformation initiatives in talent acquisition and manage related change effectively.
- Stay informed about technological developments and industry trends, applying insights to practical improvements.
- Manage vendor contracts in alignment with Procurement strategies.
- Hold overall accountability for the global recruiting budget.
- Provide training to hiring managers and maintain up-to-date guidelines.
- Support local HR in adapting recruitment processes while ensuring global standards and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and governance standards in recruitment activities.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strategic mindset capable of translating business strategies into talent acquisition initiatives.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and building trusted partnerships.
- Proven expertise in developing and optimizing global talent acquisition operating models and processes.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen to leverage data and labor market insights for informed decision-making.
- Deep knowledge of modern recruiting technologies and HR marketing strategies.
- Strong project and change management experience, including leading global transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including experience in managing external vendors.
- Solid understanding of global recruitment compliance and employment practices.
- A growth mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
