Global Social Media and Event Strategy Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Work globally across Datwyler’s divisions and functions to create, consolidate, execute, and continuously improve our social media strategy and footprint.
  • Define, execute, and maintain ongoing social media content updates and governance across Datwyler.
  • Collaborate across Datwyler’s business units to develop a global annual/mid-term plan and long-term vision for a synergized on/offline event approach, utilizing social media as an amplifier.
  • Establish on/offline event standards for brand consistency and amplification.
  • Provide ongoing social media and on/offline event KPI reporting.
  • Act as a Datwyler social media and integrated event expert, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices.

Our Requirements

  • University or HES diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with social media in a B2B environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in on and offline event implementation and management, ideally within a B2B context.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Mandarin is desirable as a second language.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and adaptability to change.
