Job Title: Global Product Manager - High Speed Segment

In this role, you will be responsible for global product management within our Service sector for the High-Speed Segment. You will manage a comprehensive portfolio of service offerings, creating value for our customers throughout the lifecycle of their turbocharger products.

You will report to the Head of Service Agreements and will be an integral part of the Global Product Management Team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service offering portfolio for end-users and OEMs, ensuring the profitability of the service products under your responsibility, with a focus on High-Speed applications (acting as the product owner of Turbo UptimeCare).
  • Further develop the service offering portfolio in line with the Service strategy, roadmap defined in the Product Market Strategy, and maintain direct alignment with the High-Speed Division.
  • Lead business projects related to the development of the service offering portfolio; offer and evaluate business cases based on customer value and market potential.
  • Interact and align closely with our global service sales organization across 50 countries; support local sales teams and design and conduct product training.
  • Support R&D projects to effectively connect the voice of the customer with internal functions; collaborate closely with Product Managers from other divisions to ensure a streamlined approach to customer-specific lifecycle solutions.
  • Capture customer insights by participating in meetings and attending relevant trade fairs.
  • Contribute to market intelligence gathering and support business development activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of service-related tools and processes.

Your Background:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, or entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communicator, able to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of global market trends, customers, and strategic insights.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including expertise in pricing and business case evaluation.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
