Job Title: Global Product Manager - High-Speed Segment
In this role, you will be responsible for global product management in Service for our High-Speed Segment. You will manage a portfolio of service offerings and create value for our customers throughout the lifecycle of their turbocharger products. Reporting to the Head of Service Agreements, you will be an integral part of the Global Product Management Team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the service offering portfolio for end-users and OEMs, ensuring the profitability of service products with a focus on High-Speed applications (product owner of Turbo UptimeCare).
- Further develop the service offering portfolio in alignment with the Service strategy, the roadmap defined in the Product Market Strategy, and the High-Speed Division.
- Lead business projects related to the development of service offerings; provide and evaluate business cases based on customer values and market potential.
- Interact and align closely with our global service sales organization across 50 countries; support local sales teams and conduct product training.
- Support R&D projects by connecting the voice of the customer with internal functions; collaborate with Product Managers of other divisions to ensure streamlined customer-specific lifecycle solutions.
- Capture the voice of the customer through participation in meetings and attendance at relevant trade fairs.
- Contribute to market intelligence gathering and support business development activities.
- Drive continuous improvement of service-related tools and processes.
Your Background:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, or as an entrepreneur.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communicator capable of working successfully in international and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of global market trends, customers, and strategy.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing and business case evaluation.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
