Then our Global Employer Services (GES) department is the perfect fit for you!

Our GES team, integrated within our Tax & Legal group, supports international companies by prioritizing a people-first approach to global mobility, compliance, talent, and rewards programs, while leveraging technology to enhance the employee experience, streamline processes, and manage risks.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Provide global mobility compliance and advisory services for international clients, utilizing your comprehensive knowledge of global mobility tax, social security matters, and immigration.
• Take ownership of day-to-day deliverables for your clients, demonstrating your expertise throughout your assignments with continuous coaching.
• Become part of our engagement teams, delivering exceptional client service.
• Establish a progressive working relationship with your clients, allowing you to evolve into a trusted advisor for them in the future.
• Participate in training sessions as well as service-wide workshops to solidify your technical and professional skills.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are a dependable team player with a creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and adaptable mindset, eager to join a motivated team.
• You have experience in providing compliance and consulting services to multinational companies regarding global mobility tax, social security, or immigration.
• You possess at least 2 years of experience in a global mobility environment.
• You have excellent attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office, and confident English skills; additional languages (such as German or French) are a plus, but not essential.
