Join Our Team as a Global Medical Lead

Proclinical is seeking a Global Medical Lead to join a dynamic group focused on advancing innovative treatments in neurology. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global medical strategy for key therapeutic areas, including movement disorders such as post-stroke spasticity and cervical dystonia.

By collaborating with cross-functional teams and international partners, you will drive scientific excellence and significantly contribute to the growth of a robust neurology portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global medical strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Provide medical leadership across global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Oversee evidence generation activities, including Phase IV studies, real-world evidence, and investigator-initiated research.
  • Lead scientific exchanges through congresses, advisory boards, and expert engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts, academic institutions, and patient communities.
  • Manage publication planning and ensure high-quality scientific communications.
  • Design and deliver impactful medical education and training programs.
  • Review and approve medical content and materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Gather insights from the field to continuously refine strategies and priorities.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to applicable regulations, policies, and quality standards.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
  • Experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in neurology or movement disorders.
  • Strong scientific expertise with the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Background in clinical research, evidence generation, and scientific publications.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).
