Summary

The Global Medical Affairs Executive Director for Remibrutinib serves as the enterprise medical voice for Remibrutinib and its associated indications and disease areas throughout its full lifecycle. This leader will guide the Global Medical Affairs asset and disease area team, chair the cross-functional Program Medical Affairs Team (PMAT), and represent the team at the Global Program Team (GPT). Additionally, they will be responsible for developing the medical strategy and executing tactical plans, ensuring that the US and international medical perspectives are represented.

About the Role

Major Responsibilities:

  • Creation, update, and execution of the Integrated Evidence Plans (IEP) for Remibrutinib across its various indications, ensuring timely access to the right evidence for clinical adoption.
  • Serve as a strategic partner and collaborator with Biomedical Research, Development, International Medical Affairs, US Medical Affairs, Strategy & Growth, and International & US Commercial teams.

Skills and Capabilities:

  • 8+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, specifically in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development, with global exposure.
  • Extensive expertise in evidence generation activities, including both interventional and non-interventional studies, as well as Real World Evidence (RWE) projects.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems and key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals (HCPs), payers, medical societies, and guideline committees.
  • Ability to identify unmet medical needs and generate the appropriate evidence to address them effectively, utilizing innovative, multichannel communication formats.
  • Established external network and credibility as a peer expert among stakeholders in the indication space.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • A self-aware and inspiring leader who effectively manages large, diverse teams (PMATs) and demonstrates proficient influencing skills.
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills for resolving conflicts and eliminating barriers to achieving results.

Languages:

  • Proficiency in English is essential, along with strong communication skills for delivering clear, targeted, and scientifically sound presentations to various internal and external audiences.
