About the Job
Join the 360 Global Media team and contribute to the development of a Global Media Strategy that aligns with Swarovski's overall strategy and creative direction. In this role, you will support the creation of Local Media Guidelines tailored to specific markets, utilizing central guidance on target audiences, competitor analysis, media landscapes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in all media approvals across assigned countries, from initial briefing to final reporting, ensuring that all media data is continually updated and accessible for management inquiries.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including creative and eCommerce teams, to guarantee a fully integrated Media Strategy and Local Media Plans.
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of Global Media Agencies, both centrally and locally.
- Ensuring that all Media Intelligence projects operate smoothly, providing timely media support, and integrating insights into the latest media plans.
- Addressing ad-hoc media-related queries, ranging from merchandising to intellectual property questions.
- Assisting Global Media Teams with any ad-hoc queries or administrative tasks as needed.
About You
We are seeking a distinctive and talented individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- A university degree or education, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- A highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising planning or marketing.
- Strong project management skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated lateral leadership and influencing abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, agile attitude.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
