Job Opportunity: Global Marketing Manager - PHCS Cardiometabolic

For our esteemed client, Roche Diagnostics, located in Rotkreuz, we are seeking a motivated and reliable professional (m/f/d) for the position of Global Marketing Manager - PHCS Cardiometabolic (80-100%).

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead the design and execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at creating a compelling narrative around hs-CRP testing.
    • Create a market research presentation emphasizing needs, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Develop an unbranded hs-CRP campaign for endorsement.
    • Build a messaging framework and lexicon guide.
    • Generate campaign content tailored for endorsement.
    • Oversee the creation of educational materials, website content, and webinars.
    • Develop a comprehensive congress engagement plan.
  • Commercialization & Lifecycle Management:
    • Drive commercialization strategies and direct engagement with key regions and prioritized affiliates of our pharmaceutical partner.
    • Act as a catalyst for local collaborations to facilitate successful market entry and enhance usage of the hs-CRP test in the context of cardiovascular risk.
    • Provide marketing context to support market development, product positioning within cardiovascular risk, and promote the prognostic value of the biomarker to drive adoption of hs-CRP as a standard biomarker for identifying patients with systemic inflammation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a scientific or marketing-related field, combined with strong business acumen.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager in healthcare, preferably in Diagnostics with a focus on Cardiometabolic health.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical collaborations to ease the transition into the role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across global teams and external partners.
  • Strong leadership and influencing capabilities to drive alignment and execution of product strategies.
  • A passion for customer and patient-centric solutions, along with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Able to thrive in dynamic environments where collaboration is essential and always seeking innovative solutions to challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required.
