Job Overview
As the Global Marketing Manager (GMM), you will be a key partner to the Global Platform Director and stakeholders in driving our Culinary Growth Platforms. Your role involves shaping and implementing the platform strategy by analyzing global market trends, consumer needs, and customer demands. You will own the marketing plans, develop compelling value propositions for key icons, applications, and technologies, and bring them to life through impactful, region-aligned marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will support high-profile accounts, delivering a superior omnichannel customer experience and contributing to Customer Foresight projects.
Location
This position is open to candidates from various global locations. You will collaborate with a diverse, international team across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
- Activate Growth Platform (60%)
Develop and execute a global marketing plan, including promotions, cross-regional initiatives, thought leadership programs, and external events. Provide strategic insights by analyzing market trends, consumer need states, competitive landscapes, whitespace opportunities, and emerging trends. Create compelling, validated value propositions for platform offerings. Drive commercialization of innovations from the S&T roadmap in collaboration with Global Product Managers. Develop engaging content for external campaigns in alignment with brand values, in collaboration with Communications Directors. Build and nurture a Growth Platform community with regions and BUs to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Support Selected Accounts (20%)
Provide marketing materials and strategic input for high-profile accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs. Support customer projects with account managers to ensure successful execution.
- Transversal Initiatives & Marketing Tools (20%)
Lead or support strategic marketing initiatives with a focus on digital transformation. Foster a cutting-edge marketing organization by enhancing collaboration, providing thought leadership, and contributing to digital tool development.

Skills & Qualifications
- A marketing degree with at least 5 years of professional marketing experience in a regional or global context.

- High expertise and an advanced marketing vision for food & beverage markets.
- The ability to build and lead cross-functional teams toward common goals.
- Experience in community management and building.
