Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d) - Pharma Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d) for our client, F. Hoffmann–La Roche Ltd., to support the Global Supply Chain Operations & Logistics organization at the Kaiseraugst site.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee global logistics operations, ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-efficient distribution of drug products across international markets. Your responsibilities will include coordinating supply, inventory, and replenishment flows, acting as a crucial interface between manufacturing sites, affiliates, and external partners.

Your main focus will be managing end-to-end distribution processes—from product release to final delivery—while guaranteeing on-time and in-full performance. You will proactively monitor supply chain performance, resolve operational issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, utilizing data-driven insights to support decision-making, optimize logistics processes, and maintain high service levels throughout the network. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Roche’s global supply chain by ensuring seamless logistics execution and fortifying a resilient, agile, and customer-focused distribution network.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with regulations.
• Manage international distribution, logistics, and trade operations.
• Monitor stock availability and execute transfer and order-to-cash processes.
• Drive performance monitoring.
• Manage and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize transportation and logistics processes.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain and/or logistics experience in the pharma industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP MM/SD transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A data-driven mindset.
• Strategic agility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• A goal-directed, persistent attitude, with accountability for achieving key results.
