Project Overview

For our client, F. Hoffmann–La Roche Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to support the Global Supply Chain Operations & Logistics organization at the Kaiseraugst site. This role will be pivotal in managing global logistics operations and ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-efficient distribution of drug products across international markets. You will coordinate supply, inventory, and replenishment flows, acting as a key interface between manufacturing sites, affiliates, and external partners.

A central focus of this position will be overseeing end-to-end distribution processes—from product release to final delivery—while ensuring on-time and in-full performance. You will proactively monitor supply chain performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making, optimize logistics processes, and maintain high service levels across the network. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to Roche’s global supply chain by ensuring seamless logistics execution and strengthening a resilient, agile, and customer-focused distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are delivered on time, in full, and in compliance with regulations.
• Manage international distribution, logistics, and trade operations.
• Monitor stock availability and execute transfer and order-to-cash processes.
• Drive performance monitoring.
• Manage and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize transportation and logistics processes.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of supply chain and/or logistics experience in the pharma industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or APICS certification (or equivalent) are strong advantages.
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM/SD transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Strategic agility, linking responsibilities with the organization’s mission while remaining adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Results-oriented, self-accountable for meeting commitments while recognizing the contributions of teammates.
