Project Overview

We are seeking a Global Logistics Manager (m/f/d) for our client, a prominent pharmaceutical company located in Kaiseraugst. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain process within a global framework.

The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of supply chain or logistics experience within the pharmaceutical industry, along with a solid understanding of SAP MM/SD transactions. Fluency in English and a data-driven mindset are essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of products.
• Manage international distribution, logistics, and trade operations.
• Monitor stock availability and execute transfer and order-to-cash processes.
• Drive performance monitoring and improvement.
• Resolve operational issues effectively.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize transportation and logistics operations.
• Lead improvement projects and serve as a subject matter expert in large cross-functional initiatives.

Must Haves

• 3-5 years of supply chain or logistics experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a minimum requirement.
• Solid knowledge of SAP MM/SD transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an APICS certification (or equivalent) is a strong plus.
• Data-driven mindset.
