GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Your Responsibilities
- Define and execute global Key Account strategies.
- Build executive-level relationships across global customer organizations.
- Align commercial frameworks, pricing discipline, and contracts globally.
- Lead and coordinate Regional Business Directors and Key Account Managers teams worldwide.
- Drive cross-selling, multi-site rollouts, and global project execution.
- Translate customer needs into innovation and product roadmap inputs.
- Establish value-selling standards (TCO / ROI).
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce) transparency and KPI-driven reporting.
- Develop digital account management tools and dashboards.
Your Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B industrial solution sales.
- Proven track record in Global Key Account Management.
- Experience managing multi-country, multi-site customers.
- Strong negotiation and value-selling capabilities.
- Leadership experience in international and matrix organizations.
- Data-driven mindset (CRM, KPIs, dashboards).
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
