Your Contribution:

  • You will lead the global strategy and vision for brand partnerships across sponsorships, licensing, global platforms, and talent/ambassador collaborations.
  • You will build and manage a high-performing global team, empowering them to drive innovation and excellence in partnership execution.
  • You will oversee the full lifecycle of all brand partnerships — from identification and negotiation through to activation, optimization, and renewal or exit.
  • You will develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across key industries, including motorsports, aviation, design, lifestyle, and sustainability.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, communications, legal, retail, and regional markets to ensure full alignment and integration of partnerships.
  • You will negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements, ensuring strategic value and alignment with legal, brand, and business objectives.
  • You will own and optimize the global partnership budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI on all partnership investments.
  • You will identify new strategic opportunities aligned with the brand’s values and long-term growth vision.
  • You will represent the brand at global industry events, high-level meetings, and key partnership engagements as a true ambassador of our identity and values.
  • You will define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting structures to evaluate partnership success and impact at both global and local levels.

You will fit well to our squad if:

  • You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in global brand partnerships, sponsorship management, or strategic collaborations within the luxury industry.
  • You have demonstrated success in leading global sponsorships, licensing deals, and talent relationships that drive both brand and commercial impact.
  • You have strong expertise in complex contract negotiation and stakeholder management at the executive level.
  • You have extensive experience overseeing multi-market brand activations and large-scale projects, with a focus on innovation and premium positioning.
  • You have a deep understanding of the luxury brands landscape.
  • You have a proven ability to lead global teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across regions and disciplines.
  • You are an inspiring leader with exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and managing change.
  • You are strategic, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a high level of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are fluent in English; German or French would be a plus.
  • You are open to global travel and excited to represent the brand on a worldwide stage.
