Global FSQR Project & Portfolio Manager (100%)
On behalf of our client, a global FMCG company, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic professional for a position located in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
Your Role
- Lead high-impact global FSQR (Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory) projects and transformational programs across regions and functions.
- Manage project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Build and steer cross-functional, cross-regional teams to deliver complex FSQR initiatives.
- Drive alignment between projects and the wider FSQR strategy and corporate vision.
- Oversee and optimize the FSQR project portfolio; report KPIs and outcomes to executive leadership.
- Build projects, implement hygienic design, and manage project-related risks.
- Deliver change management for seamless global FSQR transitions.
- Act as an FSQR consultant on diverse global projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Train and develop FSQR teams globally, embedding quality into all phases of business project delivery.
Our Requirements
Education & Professional Background
- Master’s degree in Food Engineering or Food Science.
- 5+ years of experience in food safety, quality systems, and project/program management.
- Several years of management experience.
- Solid track record managing FSQR projects in multinational food industry environments.
- Expertise in Total Cost of Quality Management and hygienic design.
- Experience in Performance Management and Continuous Improvement.
