Job Opportunity: Global End-to-End Supply Chain Director, Insecticides

We are seeking a Global End-to-End Supply Chain Director for our office in Geneva.

Role Summary

The Director of End-to-End Supply Chain will be responsible for the global strategy, governance, and performance of the entire supply chain process—from demand planning to sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. This strategic role involves defining a supply chain strategy that aligns with business objectives while ensuring service excellence, cost competitiveness, and optimal working capital management. The Director will collaborate cross-functionally at the leadership level, facilitating enterprise decision-making to achieve measurable business impacts. Key success factors for this position include strategic thinking, operational excellence, a customer-centric approach, financial acumen, and the capacity to influence cross-functional decisions to secure sustainable business results.

This role reports directly to the VP of Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Lead demand and supply planning processes to guarantee service levels, capacity management, and supply continuity.
  • Drive optimization of inventory and working capital while safeguarding customer service.
  • Enhance manufacturing networks, maximize asset utilization, and improve operational performance.
  • Promote logistics and distribution efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks within the supply chain organization.
  • Lead initiatives in digital transformation, advanced planning, and process standardization.
  • Oversee the supply chain's contribution to profitability, cost performance, and working capital efficiency.
  • Balance customer, market, and business demands through effective risk management and scenario planning.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles within a regulated environment, preferably in Chemical Manufacturing, Agrochemical (AgChem), or Crop Protection industries.
  • Proven leadership experience managing an end-to-end supply chain in a global, matrix organization.
  • A demonstrated track record of leading large-scale network design and supply chain optimization projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with a measurable impact on P&L and working capital.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, including scenario modeling and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
  • A deep understanding of complex regulatory and compliance environments.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
