Online and Offline Media (Advertising)
In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive global media strategy across all online and offline channels, aligning with Breitling’s overall marketing objectives and brand strategy.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns, including digital advertising (search, social, display), print, out-of-home, and experiential advertising to ensure maximum ROI and brand impact.
- Manage relationships with global media agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global media strategies for local market relevance and effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor advertising activities and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges for Breitling’s media strategy.
Organic Social Media
As a leader in developing organic social media strategies, you will:
- Execute Breitling’s global organic social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a strong community.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and visually appealing social media content that aligns with the brand’s narrative, heritage, and product offerings.
- Manage Breitling’s global influencer marketing program by identifying and collaborating with key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Establish and monitor key social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance, audience growth, and engagement levels, while utilizing data to optimize strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all global social media activities.
Martech and Analytics
You will be responsible for defining and implementing Breitling’s global marketing technology strategy, which includes:
- Identifying and leveraging relevant martech platforms and tools to enhance media planning, execution, and measurement.
- Establishing a robust framework for media analytics, ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance across all channels.
- Utilizing data analytics to gain deep insights into consumer behavior, media consumption patterns, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Overseeing the implementation and utilization of marketing automation tools to enhance efficiency and personalize customer communications.
- Collaborating with IT and data science teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of marketing data across the organization.
Qualifications
You'll be an excellent fit for our team if you possess the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree would be a significant advantage.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in global media strategy and planning, with considerable experience within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful global media campaigns across online and offline channels, demonstrating results in driving brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
- A deep understanding of the global media landscape, including digital advertising platforms, social media trends, traditional media channels, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Strong expertise in marketing technology and analytics, with proficiency in utilizing various martech platforms and data visualization tools.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing global teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with senior executives, regional teams, external partners, and media representatives.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
