Your Contribution:

Online and Offline Media (Advertising):

You will develop and implement a comprehensive global media strategy across all online and offline channels, aligning with Breitling’s overall marketing objectives and brand strategy.

You will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns, including digital advertising (search, social, display), print, out-of-home, and experiential advertising, ensuring maximum ROI and brand impact.

You will manage relationships with global media agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance against agreed-upon KPIs.

You will collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global media strategies for local market relevance and effectiveness.

You will monitor competitor advertising activities and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges for Breitling’s media strategy.

Organic Social Media:

You will lead the development and execution of Breitling’s global organic social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a strong community.

You will oversee the creation of compelling and visually appealing social media content that aligns with the brand’s narrative, heritage, and product offerings.

You will manage Breitling’s global influencer marketing program, identifying and collaborating with key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.

You will establish and monitor key social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance, audience growth, and engagement levels, utilizing data to optimize strategies.

You will ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all global social media activities.

Martech and Analytics:

You will define and implement Breitling’s global marketing technology strategy, identifying and leveraging relevant martech platforms and tools to enhance media planning, execution, and measurement.

You will establish a robust framework for media analytics, ensuring accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance across all channels.

You will utilize data analytics to gain deep insights into consumer behavior, media consumption patterns, and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.

You will oversee the implementation and utilization of marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and personalize customer communications.

You will collaborate with the IT and data science teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of marketing data across the organization.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree would be a significant advantage.
  • You have at least 10 years of progressive experience in global media strategy and planning, with substantial experience in the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful global media campaigns across online and offline channels, demonstrating results in driving brand awareness, engagement, and ROI.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the global media landscape, including digital advertising platforms, social media trends, traditional media channels, and influencer marketing best practices.
  • You have strong expertise in marketing technology and analytics, with proficiency in utilizing various martech platforms and data visualization tools.
  • You exhibit exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing global teams.
  • You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives, regional teams, external partners, and media representatives.
  • You possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • You have strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving skills, using a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a highly desired asset.
