Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you will have the opportunity to implement and expand your innovative ideas in a specialized, future-oriented company. This role enables collaboration with various departments and external partners, allowing you to make a significant impact. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working across Datwyler’s divisions and functions globally to create, consensus, and continuously improve a comprehensive CRM and Marketing Automation strategy, incorporating processes, systems, and underlying data management.
- Collaborating with Datwyler IT to evaluate potential CRM platform improvement solutions.
- Defining, executing, and maintaining ongoing global CRM governance across Datwyler.
- Defining and providing ongoing CRM reporting.
- Acting as a Datwyler CRM expert, staying updated on emerging CRM and Marketing Automation trends and best practices.
Our Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- A university or HES diploma in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM and Marketing Automation implementation and management, with expertise in SAP and HubSpot, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Global and regional experience, particularly in APAC and EU.
- Experience on both the client-side and consultancy-side regarding CRM.
- Certifications in key areas such as AI, agility, digital transformation, and CRM platforms are preferred.
- Fluency in English; German or Mandarin is desirable as a second language.
- Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset, and openness to change.
