Global CRM Strategy and Governance Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Datwyler divisions and functions globally to create, align, and continuously improve a comprehensive customer journey CRM and Marketing Automation strategy, incorporating processes, systems, and underlying data management
  • Work with Datwyler IT to evaluate potential CRM platform improvement solutions
  • Define, execute, and maintain ongoing CRM global governance across Datwyler
  • Provide ongoing CRM reporting
  • Act as a Datwyler CRM expert, staying updated on emerging CRM and Marketing Automation trends and best practices

Our Requirements

  • University or HES diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with CRM and Marketing Automation implementation and management, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Fluency in English; German or Mandarin as a second language is desirable
  • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to change
