About the Job

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the development of CRM strategies by providing data-driven insights that align with business objectives.
  • Prepare analytical findings and recommendations for senior stakeholders to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze large volumes of customer data using advanced analytical techniques and tools to support decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior to uncover actionable insights for business growth.
  • Contribute to predictive scoring and data modeling to enhance marketing campaign performance and targeting.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data management processes to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data.
  • Support data collection, cleansing, integration, and quality checks across various sources (CRM systems, transactional data, surveys, third-party data, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, e-commerce, product development, IT) to translate insights into operational actions.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker to effectively communicate insights.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Work closely with commercial and IT teams to ensure insights are incorporated into marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

About You

We are seeking an exceptional talent who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in data analytics roles within Retail, eCommerce, or Consultancy Companies. Experience in Loyalty or Marketing is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL (a must), with knowledge of Python & R being advantageous.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
