About the Job
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the development of CRM strategies by providing data-driven insights that align with business objectives.
- Prepare analytical findings and recommendations to inform senior stakeholders on ways to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze large volumes of customer data using advanced analytical techniques and tools to support decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business growth.
- Contribute to predictive scoring and data modeling to enhance the performance and targeting of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in developing and maintaining data management processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data.
- Support data collection, cleansing, integration, and quality checks across various sources (CRM systems, transactional data, surveys, third-party data, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, e-commerce, product development, IT) to translate insights into operational actions.
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker to effectively communicate insights.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and performance metrics for management review.
- Work closely with commercial and IT teams to ensure insights are incorporated into marketing, sales, and product initiatives.
About You
We are seeking a unique and talented individual who brings the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in data analytics roles, preferably in Retail, eCommerce, or Consultancy. Experience in Loyalty or Marketing is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL (required), with knowledge of Python & R (desirable) or similar tools/languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and informed business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Outstanding organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent English proficiency, along with strong presentation and communication skills.
