About the Job

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of CRM strategies by providing data-driven insights that align with business objectives.
  • Preparing analytical findings and recommendations to inform senior stakeholders on ways to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyzing large volumes of customer data using advanced analytical techniques to support decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Identifying patterns, trends, and correlations in customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for business growth.
  • Contributing to predictive scoring and data modeling to optimize the performance and targeting of marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining data management processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data.
  • Supporting data collection, cleansing, integration, and quality checks across various sources (CRM systems, transactional data, surveys, third-party data, etc.).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, e-commerce, product development, IT) to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Creating clear and compelling data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
  • Preparing regular reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Working closely with commercial and IT teams to ensure insights are integrated into marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

About You

We are seeking a unique talent equipped with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in data analytics roles, preferably in retail, eCommerce, or consultancy. Experience in loyalty or marketing is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL (mandatory), and familiarity with Python & R (preferred) or equivalent tools/languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication abilities.
