Our Expertise

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components essential for the precise control of plasma processes, which are utilized in the production of memory chips and touch screens for devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and execute global commodity strategies, aligning sourcing decisions with NPI, R&D, and overall supply chain objectives.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on cost models, RFQs, pricing strategies, and commercial contracts.
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, focusing on supply risk mitigation, contract management, and total cost optimization.
  • Assess supplier capabilities and promote performance enhancements through structured initiatives aimed at continuously lowering total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Act as a senior escalation point for supplier and commodity-related matters, ensuring supply chain readiness for NPI and product transfers.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring:

  • At least 6-7 years of experience in commodity management, including negotiation, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and supplier development.
  • Proven experience in electrical assembly manufacturing, with knowledge of PCBA being a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • A strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive commodity strategies.
  • Excellent English skills and confident presentation abilities; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field is highly regarded.
