Global Commercial Website and E-Commerce Manager

This position allows you to collaborate with various departments and external partners. Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Datwyler's divisions and functions to create, reach consensus, and continuously enhance Datwyler's global commercial website and e-commerce solution strategy.
  • Partner with Datwyler IT to assess potential platform and functionality improvement solutions.
  • Lead website refreshes, expansions, and SEO initiatives.
  • Define, execute, and maintain ongoing commercial website content updates and governance, including core common website content and visual and branding guidelines.
  • Define and provide ongoing reporting for the commercial website and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Act as a digital expert at Datwyler, staying informed on emerging digital trends and best practices.

Our Requirements

  • University or HES diploma in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in website implementation and management, ideally in a B2B environment, with WordPress as a CMS.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce in a B2B or B2C context.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive approach, and openness to change.
