Global Clinical Strategy Development Director - Permanent - Remote

Proclinical is seeking a Global Clinical Strategy Development Director - VP Clinical Development to join a dynamic and innovative team in the biotechnology sector.

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will focus on advancing clinical strategies for oncology, immuno-oncology, and other severe conditions with unmet medical needs. You will play a pivotal role in late-stage clinical development, contributing to groundbreaking therapies that make a difference in patients' lives.

Skills & Requirements

  • MD degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong expertise in late-stage clinical development, including hands-on experience with Phase III trials and regulatory submissions.
  • Proven track record in leading or participating in Multi-Regional Clinical Trials (MRCTs).
  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory and clinical development pathways.
  • Therapeutic focus on oncology and immuno-oncology, with broader interests in autoimmune and severe diseases.
  • Demonstrated ability to make impactful decisions in global clinical strategy.

Responsibilities of the Global Clinical Strategy Development Director

  • Lead late-stage clinical development programs, including Phase III trials through BLA/NDA submissions.
  • Oversee and participate in Multi-Regional Clinical Trials (MRCTs), particularly in the US and EU.
  • Drive global clinical strategy decision-making to support product registration.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and clinical development pathways.
  • Provide strategic input into the development of therapies in oncology, immuno-oncology, autoimmune diseases, and other serious conditions.
  • Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer, contributing to high-level organizational goals.

Compensation

$250,000.00 - $350,000.00/Annum
