Your Area of Responsibility
As a key member of our team, you will independently execute a variety of tasks within the gardening sector, ensuring that our high standards of service quality are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mowing, weeding, hedge trimming, and other gardening tasks
- Assisting in the implementation of gardening projects
- Providing support during winter services, including snow removal
- Operating various machines and tools
- Supplying and restocking materials and equipment
- Ensuring the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all machines and equipment
- Performing various organizational tasks
What You Bring
We are looking for candidates who can contribute positively to our team and possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in garden maintenance and/or landscaping is a significant advantage
- Driver's license category B (mandatory)
- Good German language skills (spoken & written)
- Excellent physical condition (required)
- A customer-oriented, efficient, and independent work style
- Willingness to take on unforeseen work assignments
- A well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of duty as part of your personal values
