Job Description

The role of a gardener involves diverse and exciting responsibilities. Your primary activities will include the complete creation and planting of new installations such as parks, industrial and commercial areas, private gardens, and pond systems. You will also provide expert customer consultation and ensure the competent execution of received orders. A passion for working with natural stone and small excavators is essential. Building strong collaborations with other craftsmen is key to ensuring quicker progress and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess vocational training as a landscape gardener from Switzerland or EU countries, or several years of relevant experience, along with the following attributes:

• Knowledge of all types of plants, flowers, and trees
• Clean and efficient working methods
• Proficient German language skills
• Team player
• Physically fit and resilient
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
• Driver's license category B/BE is advantageous
