Position Overview
- Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist – Gap Year / Internship
- Duration: 6–12 months (flexible)
- Start Date: January 2026
As part of our HR team, you will gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, support candidate engagement, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the TA team in sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Support screening of CVs and scheduling of interviews.
- Participate in candidate engagement and employer branding activities.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
- Contribute to special HR and TA projects.
Requirements
- Currently on a gap year / year off / exchange year; open to students in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
