Who we are looking for

• You hold a university degree with a strong academic record and have ideally gained first work experience in insurance or while working with a major consulting firm
• With your motivation to drive topics like business and operating model redesign, core platform transformation, customer-centric design, and process digitization, cost optimization, analytics, and ecosystems, you bring fresh perspectives to our projects
• In particular, you desire to gain a profound understanding of how to run a discovery phase, define customer journeys, improve user experience, and create a functional design for a core platform transformation
• You have the ability to support the design of future state business processes and the ability to support the creation of a business blueprint of the target solution
• You bring a basic knowledge of core insurance processes align the value chain and some experience in one of the fields e.g. claims, policy administration, billing, etc.
• With your ambition to gain a profound understanding of the insurance value chain and its core processes, you are on track to be among the first to discover important breakthroughs in Insurance Transformation & Innovation
• You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus
