This role offers the flexibility to be based in any of our Electronics division locations, including Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Holland, or Switzerland, with a preference for Holland or Switzerland.

What is the Role?

The Functional Analyst for Syteline ERP leverages subject matter expertise in Syteline/CSI10 to support business stakeholders, manage accounts, and drive the successful transformation and ongoing optimization of the company's multi-tenant ERP environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Incident management and implementation of new solutions.
• Management of ERP upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Analyzing, designing, testing, and implementing application software to meet business needs.
• Preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot application issues and guide the development of new features.
• Acting as a functional lead in integrating third-party solutions with the Syteline ERP.
• Facilitating communication and understanding between IT and business teams.
• Supporting project delivery for ERP migrations to multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Driving opportunities for process optimization and ensuring data integrity.
• Overseeing robust system testing and coordinating end-user acceptance activities.
• Validating software patches and upgrades, and supporting external system interfaces.

This position requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to occasionally travel as projects demand, while adhering to established safety and operational procedures.

Does this sound like you?

• College diploma in IT or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, shop floor operations, material planning/sourcing, finance, and project management (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience supporting ERP solutions, preferably Infor CSI10.
• Experience working with global development teams.
• Experience with Infor OS components: Ming.le, ION Workflows, Homepages, IDM, IFS, Factory Track (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Infor Syteline CSI10 ERP processes and functions.
• Ability to recommend and test integration solutions.
• Familiarity with relational database design and concepts.
• Proven IT transformation experience in complex environments.
• Detail-oriented skills requiring analysis and problem-solving.
• Background in software application design and testing.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Multi-Site environments.
• Proven track record with successful ERP implementations.
