General Mission of the Role
The position of Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js) is a key strategic role within eNexus AG. The employee will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical digital platforms utilized by our international clients in the telecommunications, call center, and customer experience (CX) sectors.
In addition to a strong technical foundation, this role requires advanced business analysis skills to translate operational and business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.
Required Profile and Skills
Languages
- Turkish (min C1): Professional proficiency required for direct communication with clients and partners in Turkey.
- French (min C1): Professional proficiency needed to support operations and expansion in French-speaking markets.
- English: Working proficiency required for internal communication and documentation.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks, including hands-on development of dashboards or internal tools.
- Strong business analysis and process optimization skills, especially in operational or CX environments.
- A proven ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or low-code platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in fast-growing, cross-border environments with multiple stakeholders.
