General Mission of the Role
The position of Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js) is a key strategic role within eNexus AG. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining crucial digital platforms utilized by our international clients in the telecommunications, call center, and customer experience (CX) sectors.
In addition to strong technical expertise, the position requires advanced business analysis skills to convert operational and business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.
Required Profile and Skills
Languages
- Turkish: Minimum C1 proficiency required for effective communication with clients and partners in Turkey.
- French: Minimum C1 proficiency necessary to support operations and expansion in French-speaking markets.
- English: Working proficiency required for internal communication and documentation.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks, including practical development of dashboards or internal tools.
- Strong business analysis and process optimization skills, particularly in operational or CX environments.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation effectively.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or low-code platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in fast-growing, cross-border environments with multiple stakeholders.
