General Mission of the Role
The position of Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js) is a key strategic role within eNexus AG. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining crucial digital platforms utilized by our international clients in the telecommunications, call center, and customer experience (CX) sectors.
In addition to a strong technical background, this role demands advanced business analysis skills to effectively translate operational and business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.
Required Profile and Skills
Languages
- Turkish: Minimum C1 level. Professional proficiency is essential for direct communication with clients and partners in Turkey.
- French: Minimum C1 level. Professional proficiency is necessary to support operations and growth in French-speaking markets.
- English: Working proficiency required for internal communication and documentation.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly in the development of dashboards or internal tools.
- Strong business analysis and process optimization skills, especially in operational or CX environments.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation effectively.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or low-code platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-border environments with multiple stakeholders.
