General Mission of the Role
The position of Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js) is a key strategic role within eNexus AG. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical digital platforms utilized by our international clients in the telecommunications, call center, and customer experience (CX) sectors.
In addition to strong technical expertise, this position requires advanced business analysis skills to effectively translate operational and business needs into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.
Required Profile and Skills
Languages
- Turkish (min C1): Professional proficiency is essential for direct communication with clients and partners in Turkey.
- French (min C1): Professional proficiency is necessary to support operations and expansion in French-speaking markets.
- English: Working proficiency is required for internal communication and documentation.
Technical and Professional Requirements
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks, including practical development of dashboards or internal tools.
- Strong business analysis and process optimization skills, particularly in operational or CX environments.
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or low-code platforms is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in fast-growing, cross-border environments with multiple stakeholders.
